Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We do our best to keep shipping affordable and often cover a portion of the actual shipping cost.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
Subscription Shipping
Monthly preflat subscriptions ship at a discounted rate and are processed within the same 7–14 business day turnaround time.

Due to the nature of our products, all diaper-related items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Mystery bundles & variety packs:
Prints and colors are selected based on current inventory. We are unable to guarantee specific prints, and returns will not be accepted due to print or color preferences. -
Order cancellations:
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. A 10% restocking fee will apply. -
Defects:
If you receive a defective item that affects functionality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. -
Clothing:
Clothing may be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies. -
Handmade items:
Oak & Mae Preflats are handmade, and slight variations may occur.
