At The Diaper Basket, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!

Most of our preflats are made to order with a turn around time of 3-5 business days.

We do ship to Canada. Please contact me to set up shipping to Canada.

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns. The color/print you will receive in our variety packs/mystery bundles will depend on what we have in stock. At this time we are unable to guarantee a certain print/color, we will not be able to exchange/return diapers due to color/print preferences.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, prior to it being shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
If there are any defects that make the diaper not functional, please contact me within 1 week of receiving the items.
Clothing must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 10% restocking fee for all returned clothing.
Oak and Mae Preflats are handmade, as with all handmade items there may be slight variations.
